Nicole has coached me for over a decade as I transitioned from corporate employment to founding my own, now very successful, company. Nicole also coaches everyone on my team, runs workshops, works with the team through challenges and opportunities and is a text message away as we navigate our every changing world. Nicole conducted performance coaching for both myself and my team of 10. This included individual sessions, workshops and working through the various relevant “blueprint” frameworks.
